How to Order

Orders may be placed via phone, email, or messaging. Visit https://www.r3wholesale.com/ to browse products.

Processing Your Order

When an order is placed, you will receive an estimate via email. We cannot process your order unless you approve via email. We will then be preparing the sample products for you and then will send the same for your approval. You would need to pay a before your sample is sent to you for approval. Once you have approved we will submit your final order to our warehouse, where it will be placed in a queue to be pulled. Your order will then be pulled then boxed. You will then receive a final invoice with shipping. Once payment has cleared (or terms are agreed), your order will be shipped. To expedite your order, please approve your sample and estimate as soon as possible. An Estimate is not a final Invoice.

PAYMENT

Accepted Payment Types Wire Transfer Leer of Credit (LC) TT All payments must clear before items are released. Consignment is not available.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping Information All orders can be process with EXW and CIF terms.

Shipping Addresses - It is the Customer's responsibility to confirm the shipping address is valid. If there are delivery issues and delivery costs, any fees incurred will be the Customer's responsibility. R3 International can only ship to address (es) on file.

It is the customer's responsibility to follow up on tracking and retrieving the packages. R3 International is not liable for the loss of goods. It is the customer's responsibility to follow up on the deliveries and sign for the correct amount of packages received.

Shipping Carriers - It is the Customer's responsibility to notify R3 International of any shipping carriers that are unable to ship their orders due to any restriction if the customer chooses its shipping agent otherwise our company will be responsible for the complete shipping process.

Transit Times - All delivery dates are only estimates. R3 International is not responsible for carrier delays such as, but not limited to weather delays, trucking delays, or acts of God.

Damages/Delivery Issues – R3 International is responsible for any carrier issues, damages, or loss of goods once the order leaves our facility. If the carrier leaves the package or packages at the customer's place of Business.

Shipping Insurance- R3 International is responsible for damages caused during the transit time if we handle the shipping part.
